Welcome to Skin X Chelsea. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.skinxchelsea.com and any services, training, digital products, or physical products purchased directly from Skin X Chelsea.

“Skin X Chelsea,” “we,” and “us” refer to Skin X Chelsea. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you purchase a specific service, course, or product, additional terms shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation may also apply.

The content on this website is provided for general information and education. Skin information, product descriptions, treatment photographs, and educational content do not replace an individual assessment or medical advice. Results vary from person to person.

We work to keep website information accurate, but may update descriptions, availability, prices, and content. The price and terms presented for your review when you place an order will apply to that order, subject to any correction we communicate before accepting it.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.

Please provide accurate information during your consultation and any required intake. We may recommend a different service, postpone treatment, or decline to provide a treatment if we determine that it is inappropriate or outside our scope of practice.

Appointment deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, and missed appointments are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any terms presented when you book.

Our professional training is intended for people with the relevant background to perform the techniques they learn. Before using a technique or device in practice, you are responsible for working within your qualifications, applicable rules, insurance coverage, and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Course content, delivery format, access period, live support, certificates, equipment, and supplies are included only when expressly stated in the description of the training option you purchase. Completion of a Skin X Chelsea course does not grant a professional licence or authorization to perform a service where one is otherwise required.

Training teaches an approach and does not guarantee particular client results, income, or business outcomes.

Digital downloads and course materials are for the purchaser’s own permitted use. Unless a product description expressly says otherwise, you may not share access, resell the materials, upload them elsewhere, record lessons for distribution, or reproduce substantial portions for others.

If a download or course link does not work, contact skinxchelsea@gmail.com so we can help restore access. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A training inquiry or equipment discussion is not an accepted device order. If we offer equipment or other physical products for direct purchase, the product description or written quote will identify what is included, the price, payment terms, shipping arrangements, warranty information, and any product-specific conditions before you purchase.

Products purchased through an external brand or affiliate website are sold under that seller’s terms, shipping policy, and refund policy. Skin X Chelsea does not process or fulfil those external orders.

Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before purchase where relevant. We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions; we do not ask you to send payment card details through a contact form.

If a payment plan is offered, its instalments, dates, and any applicable conditions will be presented before you agree to it.

The text, images, videos, training methods as expressed in our materials, course content, downloads, branding, and other original content on this website belong to Skin X Chelsea or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a service or product does not transfer ownership of that content.

You may not use our name, branding, photographs, testimonials, or educational materials to suggest an endorsement, certification, or affiliation that we have not granted.

This website may link to third-party websites, including product brands and affiliate partners. Their content, purchases, and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Where a purchase link may earn Skin X Chelsea a commission, we will identify that relationship as appropriate.

You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to access another user’s information, submit false information, or use the site or its materials unlawfully.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skin X Chelsea is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow provided instructions, or reliance on general website content in place of an individual assessment.

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not retroactively replace terms already agreed to for a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
