MEET THE FOUNDER

For more than 17 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people understand their skin, age confidently and achieve visible results that still feel natural and true to them.
My connection to aesthetics began when I was 11 years old. Before a modelling booking, I experienced my first facial and immediately fell in love with the feeling of the treatment room: the energy, the care and the sense of peace. Even at that age, I knew I wanted to create that experience for others.
What began as a love for skincare has grown into a career spanning advanced aesthetics, private and celebrity client care, professional education, clinic development and aesthetic technology.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside physicians, trained doctors, nurses and aestheticians, managed and helped develop aesthetic clinics, and supported professionals as they built their treatment offerings and businesses. I also created my signature non-invasive facelift approach and founded Vanity Technologies, home to Renü, RejuvaStim and RevitaSculpt.
As my career evolved, I discovered that one of my greatest passions is helping other aestheticians recognize and develop their own potential. I love sharing the knowledge, techniques and lessons I’ve gained through years of hands-on experience, especially the details that are rarely found in a standard training manual.
Through mentoring and professional education, I help aestheticians strengthen their hands, trust their judgment and understand the intention behind every technique. My goal is to help them create treatments that feel distinctly their own, deliver results their clients remember and build careers supported by confidence, skill and integrity.

Every part of my journey has strengthened one belief: exceptional results require more than a device or a memorized protocol. They come from understanding the person, reading the face, respecting the skin and knowing how to adapt every treatment with intention.
I don’t believe beautiful skin is created by chasing trends or applying the same treatment to every client. It develops through education, skilled hands, thoughtful technology and a personalized plan that evolves with the individual.
That philosophy now guides both my private practice and the professionals I teach. Through Skin X Chelsea, I help clients feel informed, confident and comfortable in their own skin while mentoring the next generation of aestheticians to create results with greater skill, judgment and care.
